Payments
Fees & Pricing

Late Payment

- Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing
Use of Client Assets
Clients grant Creative Scence permission to:
- Use provided logos, brand assets, and materials solely for project execution
Display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing unless explicitly restricted in writing
Confidentiality
Protection of Information
Both parties agree to keep confidential:
- Business strategies
- Login credentials
- Financial details
- Marketing data and proprietary information
NDA Expectations
Where required, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed. Confidentiality obligations apply even after project completion or termination.
Limitation of Liability
No Guarantee Clause
Creative Scence does not guarantee:
- Specific rankings, revenue, leads, or sales outcomes
- Performance results dependent on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
Liability Limitation
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses caused by third-party tools, platforms, or policy changes
- Client losses due to inaccurate information provided by the client
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Creative Scence harmless from claims arising from:
- Your business activities
- Violations of laws or third-party rights
Misuse of our services
Termination
Grounds for Termination
Either party may terminate services if:
- There is a material breach of these Terms
- Payments are repeatedly delayed or unpaid
- The project becomes unlawful or unethical
Refunds & Settlements
- Fees for completed work are non-refundable
- Advance payments may be partially refundable only if stated in the agreement
Upon termination, outstanding invoices remain payable
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh.
Dispute Resolution
- Parties will first attempt amicable resolution through discussion
- If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangladesh
Amendments
Creative Scence reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

- Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
